Downbelow IDC Staff Instructor Paul Jones enjoyed a session of Peak Performance Buoyancy with our two latest local interns Revor Anson & Little Gary.

The Peak Performance Buoyancy course refines your skills underwater allowing you to glide through the waters, without sinking or floating, while remaining in neutral buoyancy. Mastering this can be tricky but it’s not impossible, with much practice and guidance from an experienced instructor, it can be learned quickly.

Controlling your buoyancy effortlessly allows any diver to use less air and move to ascend or descend as if by thought. This skill can make you stand apart as an experienced diver.

They were joined by Dylan Lim from Singapore, who assisted Paul as part of his practical for his on-going PADI Divemaster course with Downbelow.
