It’s been a memorable time for our latest adventure group from Camps International, who have competed their island camping activities to learn more about our tropical environment!
The group has achieved so much, with some learning to dive on the PADI Open Water Diver course, others continued their dive education to certify as PADI Advanced Open Water Divers and others discovered the beauty of Sabah through snorkeling, kayaking and jungle trekking activities!
One of our PADI Instructors delivered a presentation on the benefits of Coral Reef Conservation, to inspire non-divers of the adventure group to contribute efforts to protect our environment.
To promote an understanding of the damaging effects of plastic to our marine environment, our island staff team organizes a beach clean event before the group departs to further enhance their unique outdoor-based learning.
