IDC Staff Instructor Tim Tam briefs Amy, Gary and Rev on what skills they will need to perform underwater. Gary & Rev are part of the Downbelow Staff team and have embarked on our “Work for a Career Program” where they will both become fully qualified PADI Divemasters after 1 years of training .
For this Search & Recovery workshop working as part of a team is important particularly for the skills involved with search patterns and use of a compass.
Teamwork at our PADI 5 Star IDC dive centre is a must. As Gary, Rev and Amy become more involved with the duties of a PADI Divemaster they experience what the real dive lifestyle is.
