Gaya Island, Kota Kinabalu: We have a new intern here at Downbelow – meet Paul who signed up for a 4 month PADI IDC Internship at our PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre.
Paul, already a Divemaster, will be with us for the next 4 months learning the ropes of a busy 5 Star dive centre and absorbing all the knowledge he can from our PADI GoPro IDC Team.
Because Paul is part of Downbelow’s professional SCUBA internship, he will enjoy unlimited diving – with access to reefs as easy our house reef, which is accessible from the shore, he might not spend much time on the surface at all.
Downbelow customised a PADI IDC Internship for Paul so that he can acquire the maximum dive centre experience.
When he qualifies as a PADI Open Water SCUBA Diver OWSI after the IDC in September, he will have received high quality training, which combined with the prestigious PADI OWSI certification and all the work experience he will have, will make him a prime candidate when he seeks employment.
We look forward to following Paul’s progress over the next 4 months on his PADI IDC Internship.
