Rhys is following a professional scuba diving internship program at our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre on Gaya Island, to achieve the PADI Divemaster qualification! His mentor for his professional dive training is Strike, and the two are getting along like a ‘house on fire’!
During any internship program, we encourage our candidates to be involved with any and all operations of our Dive Centre, as it is experience that is valuable to their future scuba diving lifestyle.
Our internship programs are more than just the course training set by PADI, but the opportunity we offer to observe the business of diving is invaluable experience, and any dive professional would agree experience is part of learning in this industry!
