Expedition Borneo cruise Kinabatangan River for a chance to spot rare and endemic wildlife of Sabah!
Animals that habitate the surrounding forests roam randomly, so there’s always a chance to spot…say: the Bornean pygmy elephant! This mammal is endemic to the island of Borneo and is protected because of their low population, which makes a sighting of the gentle (and mini!) elephant so special for visitors.
Each early morning and late afternoon, the group of 10 participants are met by river guides for a 1-hour cruise in search of proboscis monkeys, orang utan, hornbills and more, to observe them in their natural wild habitat!
