Just a note to say thank you for organising our Mt. Kinabalu trek. Everything went very smoothly from 1st booking with you right up to the actual day. Even you phoning us at the hotel to confirm our pickup the next day and our driver to the mountain was lovely.
Our guide was Fredlin, and if you can, we would really appreciate if you could get a message to his managers; he was outstanding and we truly could not have done it without him. He was more than just a guide to us and so so so so helpful and reassuring.
I had a few moments were i was so scared, but he literally held my hand throughout and made me feel safe so that I was able to complete the climb, for which we are truly thankful.
Thank you once again for all your help and assistance in our booking and I look forward to making another booking with you in the future.
