As part of the Danish adventure group’s 1 month program, resident PADI Course Director Richard conducted the Project Aware Coral Reef Conservation Speciality.
He presented the 22 strong group with various important and interesting facts from how reefs are formed to the threats they currently face, along with information on the AWARE Foundation and their incredibly valuable work.
They were joined by professional dive instructor interns Joe & Paul who enjoyed gaining experience from the presentation and assisted with the skin diving logistics.
We incorporated a fun skin dive session as part of the program, where all were able to appreciate the very reefs we need to protect.
All participants successfully gained the Coral Reef Conservation Speciality rating to help them on their way to the Master Scuba Diver level.
