The Downbelow September IDC was a full-on affair.
Resident PADI Course Director Richard Swann presented the course orientation and was backed up by veteran Downbelow Instructors Alvin ‘Bob’ Young and Paul Jones who gave supporting presentations.
The September PADI Instructor Development Course went off without a hitch here in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
