Orang utans (pongo pygmaeus) are found only in Borneo and Sumatra (Indonesia).

Orang utans spend most of their time in tree tops of the rainforest out of harms way of most predators and foraging for food.

Sadly, orang utans are endangered, with an estimated 80% of their suitable habitat destroyed by man.
